After serving clients in New York and Houston with large law firms, Robert M. Julian (1922 – 1986) established his practice in Houston, Texas, in 1974 with William H. Seele joining him a few months later.  A few years later James M. Davin the  firm.  Today Mr. Seele and Mr. Davin serve together to assist clients with not only their maritime related matters but also other legal issues.

Though Mr. Julian passed in 1986, Mr. Seele and Mr. Davin have continued to serve clients with the utmost integrity. As part of our continued efforts to better serve you, we joined an international network of attorneys to assist with your foreign law questions, as well as to assist you in obtaining international legal representation.
  

 

 

William H. Seele

Mr. Seele was born in San Antonio, Texas, on November 18, 1948. A reputable attorney, Mr. Seele has received a well-rounded education at Texas A&M University, where he graduated with honors with his Bachelors of Arts Degree in 1970. With the goal of becoming an attorney, he continued his education at the University of Texas, where he obtained his JD degree just two years later. He is also a member of Phi Delta Phi.

James M. Davin

Mr. Davin was born in New York, New York, on September 13, 1958. He too had dreams of attending law school. After graduating from Syracuse University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science, he continued his education at Loyola University where he obtained his JD degree in 1983. He continues for excellence each and every day; he participated in the graduate MBA program at the University of Houston and Masters in liberal arts  from the University of St. Thomas. He's also a member of Phi Alpha Delta.
